Production Associates work in our state-of-the-art optical lab with other team members to create eyeglasses which help improve the lives of others by improving their sight. Every production associate is an integral part of the success in getting jobs completed in a quality and timely manner.

What will I be doing?
  • Creating prescription eyewear in a manufacturing environment by operating machines in a climate-controlled production environment.
  • Preparing lenses for the surfacing and coating process.
  • Preparing lenses by helping to shape, clean, and insert into matching frames.
  • Inspecting the final product and ship to our accounts throughout the United States.
  • Communicating any abnormal performance or system conditions to the working leader or supervisor immediately upon noticing any issues.
